How do I find and book a procedure?

Browse our marketplace to search for procedures by type, location, or provider. Compare prices and read reviews, then select your preferred provider and date. Complete your booking by answering pre-procedure health questions and confirming your information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of booking, and you'll receive a payment confirmation immediately.

Is my medical information secure?

Yes, Cost Plus Care uses industry-leading encryption to protect your personal and medical information. All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized healthcare providers for your care.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 7 days before your appointment for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Do you offer financial assistance or payment plans?

Currently, we require full payment at booking. However, many of our procedures are priced 30-50% lower than traditional settings.

For Providers

How do I join as a healthcare provider?

Sign up as a provider, complete your profile with your NPI number and credentials, and set up your procedures with pricing. Our verification team will review your information within 48 hours.

What is the commission structure?

CostPlus takes a 10% platform commission on each procedure booking. Additionally, standard payment processing fees (2.5%) apply. Your earnings are deposited weekly.

How do I manage my procedures and pricing?

Access your provider dashboard to add, edit, or remove procedures. You can update pricing, availability, and detailed descriptions anytime.

Is CostPlus replacing my insurance?

No, CostPlus complements your insurance by offering transparent, affordable cash-pay alternatives for procedures not covered or for elective services.

How does CostPlus ensure provider quality?

All providers are verified through their NPI numbers in the NPPES registry. We confirm licensure, credentials, and malpractice history. Providers must maintain a minimum rating to remain on the platform.

What types of procedures are available?

We offer a wide range of procedures including cosmetic surgery, dental work, dermatology, orthopedic procedures, cardiology consultations, general surgery, and more.
